Pagdiriwang, a celebration of Philippine independence is happening this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Seattle Center. Philipinos make up the largest Asian population in Seattle. Learn more about their unique culture through films, exhibits, performances, food and children's activities. There will even be a replica of an Igorate village built by the BIBAK Organization.
