Pagdiriwang, a celebration of Philippine independence is happening this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Seattle Center. Philipinos make up the largest Asian population in Seattle. Learn more about their unique culture through films, exhibits, performances, food and children's activities. There will even be a replica of an Igorate village built by the BIBAK Organization. So get down there and enjoy the Eskrima martial arts demonstration while munching on your Lumpia. Entrance is free (you will need to pay for your Lumpia).If you're income is more barista than Bill Gates, you can still have your latte and drink it too! Let's get green...
